I. Description

1. Machine Bed

The bed is made of high-quality gray cast iron HT300 grade, which has been heat-aged and stress-relieved. The material is high-strength and low-stress cast iron, and effective shock-absorbing measures are adopted.

Standard configuration: Taiwan horizontal 8-station tool holder, this series of tool holders is controlled by servo motors, can quickly select tools in both directions, hydraulically locked, and extremely rigid;

Taiwan vertical 4-station servo tool holder, this tool holder has an excellent design structure and high rigidity, uses servo technology for rotation, indexing and hydraulic locking, and the rotation and indexing are stable and accurate, especially suitable for processing parts in the automotive industry.

The standard chuck of this machine tool is a hydraulic chuck with a specification of 24 inches. The chuck is a waterproof chuck, and there is a sealing strip at the sliding fit between the chuck slide and the disc body, which can effectively prevent coolant from leaking to the spindle through the chuck and prevent chips from entering the sliding surface and damaging the slide.

4. Spindle section

The spindle unit of this series of machine tools adopts the current internationally advanced and mature structure in design. The front support of the spindle is composed of a double-row cylindrical roller bearing and a double-direction thrust angular contact ball bearing, and the rear support is a double-row cylindrical roller bearing; the bearing adopts imported precision spindle bearings, and the bearing is lubricated with imported high-speed grease. The axial and radial preloads of the spindle system can be adjusted with a nut, with high radial and axial stiffness. The radial clearance can be adjusted with the inner ring of the roller bearing to obtain the best processing accuracy and low working temperature.

The main motor of this series of machine tools drives the spindle to rotate through the imported synchronous belt, thereby ensuring the high efficiency, low noise and low vibration of the entire transmission system to meet the cutting requirements of various conditions such as low speed and high torque and high speed and high power of the machine tool. The spindle box and the base are connected together through holes, so that the spindle assembly of the machine tool has high rigidity.

5. Feed system

The X/Z axis is driven by a servo motor and is directly connected to the ball screw through an elastic coupling. The ball screw is installed with both ends fixed.
Both axis guide rails use Taiwan cylindrical rolling guide rails, which are four-way equal load type, with high precision, large load, and high roller fast moving speed. Its outstanding advantages are small size, high precision, and low maintenance cost. It is the preferred configuration for users who pursue high precision and high cost performance, and is particularly suitable for occasions with high requirements for part size consistency.

6. Safety protection

This machine tool has full shield protection, and considers multiple safety protection measures. The tempered glass design of the protective door ensures the safety of the machine and personnel.

When the machine tool encounters a sudden external power outage or self-failure, due to the special design of the control circuit, the machine tool axis cannot move, and the cooling motor, etc., if already in the "start" state, will enter the "stop" state; if already in the "stop" state, it cannot enter the start state automatically, ensuring the safety of the machine tool. In the event of an unexpected power outage or failure, the program menu stored in the computer will not be lost.

The machine tool is equipped with an alarm device and an emergency stop button to prevent various sudden failures from causing damage to the machine tool. Due to the reasonable design of the software, the alarm can be displayed in text and alarm number on the display, and indicated by the indicator light on the operation panel; the machine tool divides the alarm processing methods into three categories according to the situation: "emergency stop" for emergency alarms; "feed hold" for general alarms; and only "prompt" for operating errors.

II. Quality Assurance Conditions

1.Procurement of castings

The main castings of this machine tool are supplied by domestic large-scale foundry manufacturers.Strict material inspection sheet and workpiece geometric dimension inspection sheet shall be issued.

2.Processing of main workpieces

Processing shall be carried out in strict accordance with the process flow, and each process shall have a processing accuracy inspection record to ensure that the workpiece processing meets the requirements of the drawings.

3. Procurement of main parts and components

Purchase in strict accordance with the requirements of technical documents to ensure the reliability of the machine tool.The above supply, processing and procurement process can be inspected and supervised by the customer at any time, and accepted according to the technical agreement.

III. Terms of Machine Tool Installation, Commissioning and After-sales Service

1.Machine tool installation and commissioning

After the machine tool arrives at the destination, the Demander shall be responsible for unloading and lifting during installation and commissioning.Before the commissioning personnel of the Supplier arrive, the Demander shall prepare for the commissioning according to the requirements of the Supplier.The Purchaser shall notify the Supplier of commissioning 48 hours in advance.The demander or the final user shall complete the construction according to the requirements of the foundation drawing, and the machine tool shall be installed in place and the three-phase power line shall be led to the electrical cabinet.

2. Technical training

A. After the machine tool arrives at the demander's site, the supplier shall send technical service personnel to carry out on-site commissioning and acceptance.Conduct on-site training (2-3 days) for the demander's operators, and explain the performance of the machine tool and the editing method of the system.So that the demander operator has a detailed understanding of the machine tool, and can edit and process the typical parts..

B. The demander can dispatch personnel to the manufacturer's site for further training according to its own production conditions, and the round-trip travel expenses shall be borne by itself.The supplier's on-site training is free of charge. The specific study time is determined by the demander.

3. After-sales service guarantee

A. Conditions and time limit for the Supplier to be responsible for the quality: after the machine tool passes the acceptance, it begins to enter the warranty period, which is 12 months.The equipment is subject to three guarantees, and the warranty period is one year.

B. In case of equipment failure during use, the supplier shall respond within 2 hours after receiving the notice from the demander, and work out a treatment plan within 8 hours.If on-site treatment is required, assign personnel to the demander for treatment within 48 hours.

C. In case of failure during the warranty period,The Supplier shall provide free maintenance service (except for machine tool damage caused by human factors of the Demander or the end user);The cost shall be charged for the failure caused by improper use;

D. After the machine tool arrives at the user's factory, the installation and commissioning cannot be carried out on time due to the demander's reasons.When the warranty period expires, the three guarantees service will no longer be provided.
