Detailed Description

1. Bed

The bed is made of high-quality gray cast iron HT300 grade, which has been heat-aged and stress-relieved. The material is high-strength and low-stress cast iron, and effective shock-absorbing measures are adopted.

2. Turret

The tool holder has a variety of configurations, and users can freely choose according to their actual needs and usage habits.

Standard configuration:

Taiwan horizontal 8-station tool holder, this series of tool holders is controlled by servo motors, can quickly select tools in both directions, hydraulically locked, and extremely rigid;

Taiwan vertical four-station servo tool holder, this tool holder has an excellent design structure and high rigidity, uses servo technology for rotation, indexing and hydraulic locking, and the rotation and indexing are stable and accurate, especially suitable for processing parts in the automotive industry.

3. Chuck cylinder

The standard chuck of this machine tool uses a hydraulic chuck with a specification of 24/32 inches. The chuck is a waterproof chuck, and there is a sealing strip at the sliding fit between the claw slide and the disc body, which can effectively prevent the coolant from leaking through the chuck to the spindle, and can also prevent chips from entering the sliding surface and grinding the slide.

There are three T-slots on the end face of the chuck, which is convenient for customers to replace various fixtures. It has good adaptability and can meet the requirements of users to process various parts.

4. Spindle part

The spindle unit of this series of machine tools adopts the current internationally advanced and mature structure in design.

The front support of the spindle is composed of a double-row cylindrical roller bearing and a double-direction thrust angular contact ball bearing, and the rear support is a double-row cylindrical roller bearing; the bearing adopts imported precision spindle bearings, and the bearing is lubricated with imported high-speed grease. The axial and radial preloads of the spindle system can be adjusted with a nut, with high radial and axial stiffness. The radial clearance can be adjusted with the inner ring of the roller bearing to obtain the best processing accuracy and low working temperature.

The main motor of this series of machine tools drives the spindle to rotate through the imported synchronous belt, thereby ensuring the high efficiency, low noise and low vibration of the entire transmission system to meet the cutting requirements of various conditions such as low speed and high torque and high speed and high power of the machine tool. The spindle box and the base are connected together through the hole, so that the spindle assembly of the machine tool has high rigidity.

5. Feed system

The X/Z axis is driven by a servo motor and is directly connected to the ball screw through an elastic coupling. The ball screw is installed with both ends fixed.

Both axis guide rails use Taiwan cylindrical rolling guide rail pairs, which are four-way equal load type, high precision, large load, and high roller fast moving speed. Its outstanding advantages are small size, high precision, and low maintenance cost. It is the preferred configuration for users who pursue high precision and high cost performance, and is particularly suitable for occasions with high requirements for part size consistency.

6. Hydraulic system and lubrication system

This machine tool is a CNC machine tool with a high degree of automation and is equipped with a hydraulic system. The main hydraulic control components of the hydraulic system are all selected from famous brands or domestic high-quality products.

The machine tool adopts a domestic centralized automatic lubrication system and has liquid level alarm and pressure alarm functions.

8. Cooling system (water cooling)

The cooling pump flow of this machine tool is 4m³/h and the head is 40 meters. The cooling water tank is separated from the main machine to ensure that the machine tool accuracy is protected from the negative impact of cutting heat. A cooling pump is used, and the water pipe on the base of the machine is connected to flush away the iron chips on the machine body, thereby reducing the impact of waste chips on the machine.

9. Safety protection

This machine tool has full shield protection, and considers multiple safety protection measures. The reinforced glass design of the protective door ensures the safety of the machine and personnel.

When the machine tool encounters a sudden external power outage or self-failure, due to the special design of the control circuit, the machine tool axis cannot move, and the cooling motor, etc., if already in the "start" state, will enter the "stop" state; if already in the "stop" state, it cannot enter the start state by itself, ensuring the safety of the machine tool. In the event of an unexpected power outage or failure, the program menu stored in the computer will not be lost.

The machine tool has an alarm device and an emergency stop button to prevent various sudden failures from causing damage to the machine tool. Due to the reasonable design of the software, the alarm can display text and alarm number on the display, and indicate through the indicator light of the operation panel; the machine tool divides the alarm processing method into three categories according to the situation: "emergency stop" for emergency alarms; "feed hold" for general alarms; and only "prompt" for operation errors.
